Barrowland Ballroom

Currently, the Barrowland does not have an accessible lift. However, we utilise a mechanical “Stairclimber” (distinct from a conventional chairlift) that we have used safely for nearly ten years. Trained stewards operate the Stairclimber to transport wheelchair users to upper floors. Please note that we cannot accommodate power wheelchairs due to weight restrictions, but we can provide temporary wheelchairs for use within the venue.
