Alana Jackson: Work in Progress

Alana Jackson, winner of So You Think You’re Funny? 2024, brings her work-in-progress show to the Glasgow International Comedy Festival. A proud Glaswegian now based in London, Alana explores the cultural differences between Scotland and England in her sharp, unapologetic style.

Her winning set at So You Think You’re Funny? was described by Chortle as “relatable and witty, told with impact and flair.” with Fest Mag praising how she “delivered with an amiability reminiscent of a good friend down the pub”. Since her win, Alana has also gone viral with her hilarious video on Glasgow funerals.
