Jack Docherty
Miekelson and McGlashan – Serious Men

King's Theatre
Wednesday 20 March

Fresh from filming the fifth series of BAFTA Award winning BBC One comedy Scot Squad, Edinburgh's Jack Docherty returns to the Whyte & Mackay Glasgow International Comedy Festival.

This hilarious show unites two of his best-loved comedy creations: Scot Squad's Chief Commissioner Cameron Miekelson and the fiercely patriotic McGlashan from the critically acclaimed, award-winning Channel 4 shows Absolutely and Scotland In A Day.

Following a hit run at the Edinburgh Fringe, one of Scotland’s favourite comic performers is back on the Glasgow stage with an updated blend of unmissable character comedy

'If Jack Docherty isn't up for all the awards going then the tasers are coming out' Sunday Mail

'Superb character comedian, great topical comedy, the kind of funny that gives you flashbacks after you leave the show and makes you laugh out loud while standing in the queue for a taxi. Character comedy at its finest' Scotland on Sunday

Tickets to this event include a £1.25 King's Theatre restoration levy.
